How did I end up as a director of a leading marketing company at the age of 23?

Well, that’s an interesting story.

While completing my Marketing and Finance degree I became an intern. I was focussed on improving online marketing strategies for a small business. Upon graduation, I started work full time taking on the marketing efforts by managing a small team of interns.

Soon I went into partnership with Toby Marshall to start Lead Creation in Surry Hills. We hired an entire horde of young energetic students to start a marketing company that has two core differences.

So what makes us so very different to the thousands of other marketing companies out there?

Well, we have designed our product around what our clients actually need. We don’t talk all the waffle about ideas and branding, instead we implement our marketing.

Because small business marketing is all about marketing implementation, not just the waffle!

We are also focussed at delivering the best new media package at an affordable price! That is because we hire young energetic university students, who know the media we use and are up to date.

The main duty that I’m now responsible for is marketing implementation. The reason? Because I’m all about educating businesses on the platforms they need to do business and to get clients. No more tens of thousands of dollars just for your crummy ideas!
